This was my second time here because of how great the treatment was the first time. This time around,I was treated like a chore instead of a client. She used the RF machine on me, the one I paid her to use, for a total of maybe 10 seconds. I did request the more gentle one but she wanted me out of there ASAP since it was closing time. I even left the place with my mascara still smudged all over my eyes. So disappointed never coming back here

Basic /ok facial treatment—the place was quite cold, and the professional did not explain what she was doing.

Ive come here a few times before and normally its never been an issue but this time i had a lady that seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. Would not come back if shes doing it again
